After I had got together the photos of the bruises I wanted to use in my own look, I wanted to practise them and see how they came out on camera. I used my Ben Nye bruise palette and the colours purple, blue, red and yellow to re create the look. To make the scratches I used a palette knife and first used the colour red, and then purple to add depth.
I was actually very happy with how the look turned out, especially the shoulder and neck. When I create the bruise on the eye I may use a little less yellow in one area. I also may try and make the cuts on the lip and brow thin out at the end to look more natural.
